How it works
The extension scans visible YouTube recommendation cards in your browser. It checks visible text such as video titles, channel names, and recommendation card labels. When a card matches the local filter rules, the extension hides that card from view.
The filter is heuristic. That means it reduces unwanted recommendation clutter, but it cannot guarantee perfect detection. Some real music videos may occasionally be hidden, and some AI-style content may still appear.

Local processing
The extension uses local JavaScript rules inside the extension package. These rules check visible text on YouTube pages, such as video titles, channel names, and recommendation card text. Matching cards may be hidden from view in your browser.
This processing happens locally on your device. The data is not uploaded, transmitted, or stored on external servers.
Permissions
The extension needs access to YouTube pages so it can run its local filter on YouTube and hide matching recommendation cards.
The extension does not request permission to access all websites. It is designed to run only on YouTube pages.
Remote code
The extension does not load or execute remote code. All filtering logic is included inside the extension package.
